The Most Expensive Hotel In Europe Ready to Open
The most expensive hotel in Europe, the Marden Palace, Antalya in Turkey is almost ready to open for business. Of course, some would argue that Turkey does not actually count as Europe, but that aside, $1.4 billion on a hotel is pretty extravagant.
A five-acre fresh water swimming pool, spanned by Leonardo-designed bridges, $50 a glass champagne, remote controlled toilets, ten high-end restaurants, and a $2,200 per hour spa, all topped off with what can only be described as "Turkey does Las Vegas." Gold drips from every possible orifice, and over-the-top is the order of the day. We have a feeling this will directly compete with the hotels in Dubai for the English tourist with more money than taste, but if OTT opulence is your thing they have suites available from up to $19,000 a night- and you can rest assured that the sharks in the swimming pool have had their teeth removed. No comment.

Antalya in Turkey it is ASIA not Europe!!!!
Well, I think it is Eurasia but this was a better headline.

Telman Ismailov is azerbaijani. And Turkey is in Europe and Asia…3 %-europe,97 %-asia…
So how come Cyprus which has not physical connection count as Europe and Turkey does not?
The same reason Great Britain is I guess. lol
Europe is now a political connection rather than a physical location. Like the North/South US divide.
